Dr. Anthony Chow serves as President at International School of Christian Education, one of the five schools that established by Association of Canadian Chinese Theological Education (ACCTE). He has ministered at parachurch organizations, seminaries, and churches for over 30 years. He was serving as the Provost of Canadian Chinese School of Theology and the Academic Dean of Canadian Chinese School of Theology (Toronto) until 2022. Prior to joining ACCTE schools, he served as the Vice President of New York Theological Education Center and the Academic Vice President of Chinese Online School of Theology. His calling and passion is in the field of Christian Education, leadership development, and practical theology. Since 1989, he trained and taught in North America, Southeast Asia and Europe; and has taught at seminaries and churches in Mainland China since 2004. Dr. Chow has authored 8 books (all in Chinese), some Bible studies materials, Bible books lectures series CD, and contributed articles in books and journals. His book "Discipling through Teaching and Learning: Introduction to Christian Education (2014)" is used as textbook by Chinese seminaries around the world. His new book (with Peter & Mable Au) "Constructing Christian Education (1): Theories (2020)" is the only Chinese Christian book on Educational theories. Dr. Chow is an ordained minister with Canadian Baptists of Ontario and Quebec, and a member of Markham Chinese Baptist Church. Dr. Chow also serves local churches as Voluntary Pastor and Consulting Pastor since 2003. He is currently the Advisory Pastor of Markham Peoples Community Church and Richmond Hill Free Methodist Church. He is also a member of Society of Professors of Christian Education since 2001.
