Dr. Ann Gillian Chu is an Assistant Professor in the Academy of Chinese, History, Religion and Philosophy at Hong Kong Baptist University in Hong Kong, and a Visiting Fellow at the Centre of Religion and Public Life at the University of Leeds in the United Kingdom. Dr. Chu received her Doctor of Philosophy from the University of St Andrews in the United Kingdom. She graduated with a Master of Divinity from Regent College in Vancouver, Canada, and a Master of Arts (Hons) in English Language from the University of Edinburgh in the United Kingdom. Dr. Chu is one of the leading voices in Asian American theologies, having published and presented at the Asian American Theological Forum, the Center for Asian American Christianity at Princeton Theological Seminary, and Theology Today (founded in Princeton Theological Seminary).
