Sandra holds a Ph.D. in Immunology. She was a basic biomedical researcher in Taiwan, and later, a governmental Project Manager of several National Health and Medical Sciences Research Programs for many years. Sandra and her family immigrated to the USA in 2003. At that time, she responded to God’s calling to become a full-time minister at para-church organizations. Meanwhile, she received her theology education from Logos Seminary. Now she is serving the Logos Training Institute (LTI) as Director, also studying her D. Min degree at Logos.

LTI provides a variety of programs and courses, just like a famous vitamin’s slogan “from A to Z”. But recently the LTI courses are more focused on the “Great Commission”. Sandra describes herself being transformed from “a Frozen heart to Mission” to “A Mission Mobilizer”. She is actively promoting the missional discipleship training course “Kairos” among Chinese churches, she also dedicates to the adoption of UUPGs, to reach the unreached people groups!
